Kelley is the Director of Project MUSE at Johns Hopkins University Press. Prior to becoming Director, she was head of library and publisher partnerships at MUSE. Kelley’s career in scholarly and educational publishing spans book acquisitions, digital aggregation, content development, and sales. More recently, her focus has been on innovative and sustainable business models for nonprofit publishers that meet the needs of libraries and scholars. She is a strong advocate for the humanities and an active volunteer and thought leader in the scholarly publishing community. Kelley holds an MA in English from the University of Maryland.
