Meet William A. Owens

Admiral Bill Owens commanded the U.S. 6th Fleet during the Persian Gulf War and served as Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 1994-1995. He is currently Vice Chairman and Co-CEO of Teledesic LLC.
