Meet Helen Shirley Thomas

Helen Shirley Thomas received her PhD, awarded with distinction, from Johns Hopkins University. She completed her work with the aid of several university scholarships and a grant from the Social Science Research Council. She was a member of the Department of Political Science at Goucher College.
