Julia Lynton-Brown's responsibilities include continuing the implementation of the culture work that is based on the concept of dignity and building on the work of the Press to cultivate a culture that prioritizes learning, caring, and job fulfillment.  She leads the team in realizing the Press’ vision for diversity, equity, inclusion, and access (DEIA), while ensuring DEIA principles are woven into talent development, diversity recruitment and retention, and performance management. Julia was previously the Recruitment Manager, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Talent Acquisition at JHU, where she led the HopkinsLocal HIRE initiative. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in communications from Morgan State University and is certified as a Change Management Specialist (CMI) from the Management and Strategy Institute.
