The Hopkins Review

Order This Journal

From 1947 to 1953, the Johns Hopkins Writing Seminars published a literary magazine, The Hopkins Review. At that time, it was a thin, paperback volume that sold for 25 cents a copy. In a joint venture, the Writing Seminars and the Johns Hopkins University Press have relaunched the journal. Publishing the finest in contemporary letters, The Hopkins Review has been called a "postmodern blend of intellectual heft and Vaudeville" by Susan McCallum-Smith of WYPR and Urbanite magazine.
