The review should contain an explanation of the intellectual content of the book, an account of the statements that the book makes, especially those relevant to the interface of literature and the history of ideas. The review might contain an explanation of points on which the writer of the review has a perspective different from that of the book. The difference of opinion between the two scholars is often the most interesting part of the review. Mailing address: Inquiries: Ruben Borg, Associate Editor at partial_answers@h2.hum.huji.ac.il.
