Manuscripts cannot be returned.

Papers should average between 5,000 and 10,000 words in length. Pages should be numbered sequentially, including endnote pages. All manuscripts should be original, double-spaced with 1 1/2-inch margins, including endnotes. Please send a diskette and indicate the name of the software.

The Human Rights Quarterly follows The Bluebook (Harvard Law Review Association) documentation format. Endnotes should be double-spaced and on separate pages after the manuscript.
