Comparative Technology Transfer and Society is an interdisciplinary,
international and comparative academic journal that explores, both
conceptually and practically, the issues involved in technology transfer.
It is housed at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and published
by The Johns Hopkins University Press under contract with the University of
Colorado.
The journal links scholarly researchers from a wide range of
disciplines who share an interest in the process, significance,
and nature of technology transfer. Focusing on perspectives of
non-Western users and consumers of acquired technology, as well
as the producers of those technologies, CTTS explores the social,
environmental, cultural, and ethical implications of technology
transfer activities through expertly written analytical essays
and articles.
