1-9 units per title = 40%
10+ units per title = 20%
Retail Distribution Centers will receive 40% discount on all Short Discount titles

Returns Policy
Current editions of clean, resalable books may be returned within 18 months of invoice date. No prior permission is required.
Customers must adhere to the following guidelines:
- All stickers and sticker residue must be removed.
- A debit memo must be enclosed stating the reason for the return and the original invoice number(s). Credit will be issued at the highest maximum discount if invoice numbers are not supplied.
- All shipping charges must be prepaid.

Damaged Books/Shortages:
Claims for shortages or for books received in defective condition must be returned within 30 days of invoice. Defects must be noted on the packing slip when books are returned.
Non-Returnable Retail Discount Schedule [top]
1 - 4 units = 40%
5 - 24 units = 50%
25 - 49 units = 52%
50 - 499 units = 55%
500+ units = 60%
Would apply to both trade and short discount books. All titles would combine for discount
The adoption of this schedule is on a permanent basis. Orders can't go back and forth between returnable and non-returnable schedules.

20 to 49 units = 30%

250 to 999 units = 52%
1000 to 4999 units = 55%
5000+ units = 60%
